Glad my handicapped husband wasn’t with us this trip. We had go go across a roof section to an outdoor set of stairs to go down to the lobby area. Then we could only go down the stairs to the 3rd floor from the 7th. It was like that on every floor and I KNOW that based on the number of people coming off the floors out into the stairwell because they got tired of waiting. Our floor had several families waiting for an elevator for so long that most of them decided to take the stairs, including us. Also, the elevators were mostly inoperable or very very slow.

Terrible service for such a supposed upscale hotel. Finally two ladies that were doing something else at a desk at the end of the counter started taking people, but for awhile it was bad. The one person who was checking people in walked away from the front desk for awhile and there was no one working for about five minutes. There was literally a line about 10-15 people long to check-in.
